RETURNS

1. Open and Inspect your Goods IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT
2. Your Order has been carefully manufactured, inspected and packaged.
3. Damaged Goods Reporting Procedure:
     ∙ Count damaged items
     ∙ Photograph damage and send via email photo and description to:
       sales@corporatepublishingcompany.com
     ∙ DO NOT return Goods without our instructions
     ∙ You must hold all boxes, packaging materials and damaged goods for possible carrier
       inspection
     ∙ We will promptly replace documented damaged goods and advise on further handling of
       above material a.s.ap. per carrier. We need this documentation for
       filing our carrier claim.
4. F.O.B. Factory based on U.S. Funds and on point of shipment subject to change
    without prior notice.
5. Shipping errors by Co. Pub. Co. will be corrected free of charge as long as the goods are in
    original condition, quantity and box.
6. Custom Orders and Custom Printed Certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable,
    ALL SALES are FINAL on Custom Printed Material.
7. Our certificates are printed on-demand on a per order basis we will not accept returns for
    a full refund after 10 days of receiving merchandise.
