  • Thirteen Month Memo Calendar Pad with a large area for writing
  • Calendar Pad includes previous and next months at a glance on each sheet 
  • Free Color Proof (pdf format) via Email for your approval before production.  Full Hard Copy Proof (complete Calendar) available for an additional $22.00.
  • Three Year Review Printed Under Calendar Pad

Ordering Instructions - Custom Queen Mary Calendar
  1. Enter Your Five Lines of Custom Text one line at a time in the grid below. These lines of text will be displayed below your logo (above the calendar pad) If you are not going to use all five lines, simply leave those lines blank on the form.  Please keep in mind that your logo may prevent having room for all five lines (depending on logo size).  
  2. Complete the Order Grid on the right side of this page. Enter the number of calendars you would like to order (Minimum Five (5).
  3. Upload your Logo from the FILE UPLOAD section. Your Logo will be displayed between the main (top) image and the Calendar Pad.
  4. Upload your Custom Image.
  5. You can add an optional internal reference (e.g. your P.O. Number in the NAME YOUR JOB field.
  6. Use the ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS for any relevant instructions.
