A repeating lace line pattern frames the signature line area and pediment adding security to signatures, and unauthorized reproduction is most difficult.  Imprint locations designate: Company Name, Total Shares authorized, Number of Shares purchased, certificate sequence number, share par value each, owner of authorized shares, date of certificate authorization.
