• Green overlapping "Basket Weave" line pattern adds color and security along with a solid green seal for embossing / hand stamp readability and placement.

• Imprint locations include; Company Name, Total Shares Authorized, Certificate Number, Issued  Shares.   

Goes No. 001 fits Goes A or B binders to keep the certificates and stubs together and organized.

Seal accepts a 1.⅝" -2" diameter seal.

The 4" x 8.5" Recording Stub is retained in the Stock Book for record keeping and is blank until it’s filled in by hand  upon issuance of the document. A perforation allows for easy separation of the 11" x 8.5" Certificate.     

Backer is Orange - Capital Stock identifier.

• Left : Denotes transfer instructions-hand filled in at appropriate time by atty & owner.  
  
• Center: # of shares from  face , Co. name, issued to, & date information  repeated from face - filled in by issuing officers hand. 
  
• Right: Blank secure lined panel for overprint conditions of stock sale- if any. If right panel is used the  Company Name in the center  panel is printed in at same time to reduce hand entry.
