Ordering Instructions - Stock Images

1. Enter the number of calendars you would like to order (Minimum Fifteen (15).
2. Upload your Logo from the FILE UPLOAD section. Your Logo will be displayed between the main (top) image and the Calendar Pad.
3. You can add an optional internal reference (e.g. your P.O. Number) in the NAME YOUR JOB field.
4. Use the ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS for any relevant instructions. 
5. Enter the three character Image Code for the image you have selected for the Main Image Area.  See our Patriot Image Gallery for available images and Image Codes.
6. Enter Four Lines of Text one line at a time. These lines of text will be displayed below your logo (above the calendar pad) If you are not going to use all four lines, simply leave those lines blank on the form.  Please keep in mind that your logo may prevent having room for all five lines (depending on logo size).
